Their staff seems to be very undependable. Workers frequently don't show up or even call to let you know they aren't coming. The agency apparently has no back up staff. If your worker doesn't show up the agency has no one to send you. If you complain to the agency about that they will threaten to contact your insurance carrier and drop you. I don't understand why they have no one on call for these situations. Don't waste your time or money on them.
