I had a bad staph infection in a finger and I'm diabetic. Dr. Tack saw me ONCE, put me on IV antibiotics for a week, then I was discharged by the infusion therapist without any follow up from Dr. Tack to find out how I was doing. As it happens my infection hadn't cleared up and two months later I'm still struggling with it and visiting hand doctors and facing possible surgery and a pic line. If Dr. Tack had bothered to look at my finger maybe this wouldn't have happened. I am terribly angry about this negligent treatment. I could lose that finger..

I find Dr. Tack to be caring and concerned about me and my medical situation. His approach is straightforward and to the point with a focused ...yet personable .....no nonsense way about him. He's a very good listener and remembers things that are discussed. I'm very happy to have found him and would recommend him to anyone looking for those attributes in a Doctor.
