New York Nails at 1300 Ulster Avenue # 15D, Kingston, New York.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is horrible. The staff is INCREDIBLY rude, to the point where it's almost shocking. I was charged 60 dollars for a fill despite different prices listed on their price list. On top of that, my nails were HORRIBLE. I had a dark purple color on my nails when I went in and asked for the color to be changed to gray - all the previous color was not removed and you can see it through the new polish. I would never, ever go to this place again and I am not a picky reviewer whatsoever. I regret ever getting my nails done here - DO NOT GO. (Would give a lower review if I could).
