I just completed the purchase of my 3rd Toyota Tacoma in 6 years from Prestige. Every one of them has been completed with Susan Crews as the sales person. After a great experience with the first truck I continue to reach out to Susan directly for all my purchases. Obviously, I like the trucks but additionally I like the service department where “all of my service” is completed in an efficient and timely fashion. I will continue to purchase Toyota’s from Prestige and will continue to ask for Susan, who is a pleasant and very competent sales associate. It is always great to deal with real people as opposed to robots!
